TJ leads origination at Fullerton Net Lease. He was previously a net-lease originator at Barnett Capital Ltd., a non-bank commercial real estate bridge and construction lender, where he co-originated and closed construction and bridge loans secured by net-lease assets. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent five years across the firm's Risk and Finance Consulting practices serving QSR, consumer, real estate, and pharmaceutical clients. He holds a BA in Accountancy from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.

Tom leads Fullerton Net Lease and heads real estate for Irenic Capital Management. He was previously Managing Partner of Watchung Capital and Head of Investment Strategy at Cadre, and earlier was a Principal at Baupost Group. He began his career at Goldman Sachs across investment banking and real estate principal investing. He holds a BA in International Politics & Economics from Middlebury College.

He holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
